Refund policy

Due to the size of our company we would rather offer alterations if the garment is not right for you. If you do decide to return it a credit note or a refund will be offered. We accept refunds within 3 working days of the garment arriving with you.

In the event of a faulty item a refund will be made to the card used to make the payment initially and will be made when the product has been received and checked.

Garments must be returned in the condition that they were received and include all packaging and tags.

In this instance please email me immediately at bobikleecontato@gmail.com with details and a photo and a refund will be made at my discretion.

Please make sure that return packages are insured and tracked, Bobik Lee is not responsible for them until they have been received.
